The challenge

Finance was matching invoices by hand.

As the platform scaled, its AP and AR volume grew faster than the team could process it — and the reconciliation work fell entirely on people.

Staff hand-matched every invoice to its PO and receipt, line by line.

AP and AR reconciliation consumed dozens of hours across the team each week.

Mismatches and short-ships surfaced days later, after payments had moved.

Close dragged as the team worked through a backlog of unmatched items.

Manual keying into the ERP meant posting mistakes and duplicate payments.

How it works

Pulls incoming invoices and payments from email and the ERPqueue, extracting line-level detail.

Runs 3-way match on AP (invoice ↔ PO ↔ receipt) and applies AR payments to open invoices.

03 Decide

Auto-posts clean matches; flags exceptions with a plain-language reason for a human to review.

04 Post

Writes results straight back to Acumatica, keeping AP and AR reconciled in near real time.
